Over 30 years ago, the company now known as Earthy Delights began in the early days of the wild food movement.
In 1986, a group of wild food enthusiasts in East Lansing, Michigan, created a co-op to sell edible flowers, wild mushrooms, cattail shoots and other wild-harvested foods to local restaurants and diners. Over the next three decades, the company grew and evolved, adding an extensive selection of exotic and specialty foods to the lineup.
Through the years, Earthy Delights has remained dedicated to those original ideals of providing unique, high quality specialty products with an emphasis on wild-harvested, traditional and artisanal foods. For now, the brand has downsized to the basic retail packs of dried mushrooms, chiles and sun-dried tomatoes found in local grocery stores along with our own Organic White Truffle oil and Balsamic Glaze.
