Honeybees forage high in the Rocky Mountains of the Western United States collecting the nectar of wildflowers and turning it into a remarkably unique honey. Wildflower honey is spicy to the taste with a hint of cinnamon in its fragrant aroma.

To serve, cut the comb from its frame, taking care to hold it over a dish. Enjoy sweet wildflower comb honey on corn bread, pancakes, scones, or simply by itself.

To store, cover the honey well and for long term storage, keep it in the freezer.
